2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
3.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
4. How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order,the production handling time is about 45-60 days.
We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 30 days for manufacturing.
5.What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 25-40 days.It also denpends on which coutry and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.
If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
6.What is your term of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB Shenzhen or FOB Guangzhou. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7.What about the lead time for the mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
8.Can we print our logo/website/company name on products?
Yes, please advise the size and Pantone Code of the logo.
9.What's the lead time for regular order?
14-21 days for order quantity lower than 5000pc; For more quantity, usually 30 days.
10.Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
I. Primary Application
Detects ultraviolet (UV) signals from flames produced by **gaseous fuels (natural gas, propane) and light oils (No. 2 diesel)**.
Suitable for flame safety monitoring applications in industrial boilers, heating furnaces, burners, incinerators, and similar equipment.
Not suitable for heavy oils (> No. 2 oil): UV signals are easily obscured by unburned fuel vapors or atomizing media; use of an infrared probe is recommended instead.
II. Model Variations (Cable Length Only)
UV1AL‑3: 3 ft (36 in ≈ 915 mm) shielded cable.
UV1AL‑6: 6 ft (72 in ≈ 1830 mm) shielded cable.
Cable Specifications: TC-ER (Tray Cable / Exposed Run rated), compliant with UL 1569 impact and crush resistance standards.
III. Key Technical Parameters
Detection Principle: Ultraviolet (UV) photocell; non-self-checking type (requires an external amplifier). Mounting Connection: 1/2” NPT Male Thread; standard furnace wall mounting.
Operating Temperature: ≤93°C (200°F); for temperatures exceeding this limit, a cooling air supply or thermal barrier fitting (Fireye 35‑69) is required.
Pressure Rating: 1 PSI (≈0.07 bar); for positive-pressure furnaces up to 50 PSI, a quartz viewing window and sealing assembly are required.
Detection Distance: ≤1 m (39 in); can be extended to 2 m with the addition of a quartz lens.
Humidity: ≤85% RH (non-condensing).
Enclosure: Metal construction; industrial-grade protective design.
IV. System Requirements (Mandatory)
Requires connection to an external Fireye EUV Series Amplifier, or an M-Series / BurnerLogix / Nexus Combustion Controller.
Cannot be used as a standalone device; the probe is solely responsible for capturing UV signals, while logic processing and alarm functions are handled by the controller.
V. Installation Guidelines
Aim the probe at the base or center of the flame; ensure an unobstructed line of sight (the pilot flame and/or main flame must be within the field of view).
Connect to the furnace wall using a 1/2” × 1.5” pipe nipple; an optional swivel mount (60‑302) is available for angle adjustment.
Route cables to avoid exposure to high temperatures or abrasion; ensure watertight sealing at all connection points.
VI. Model Selection Guide
UV1AL‑3: Short cable (3 ft); suitable for standard, close-range installations.
UV1AL‑6: Long cable (6 ft); suitable for long-distance routing or through-wall/bulkhead wiring.
Series Alternative: UV90L (Self-checking type; features an integrated terminal block, eliminating the need for field wiring).
